To say this company and driver went above and beyond is an understatement! They saved our trip. We had several flight delays and the company communicated and worked with us to make sure we had a driver and car waiting for us when we arrived in Milan. We were even able to arrange for the driver to go back to the airport and retrieve our luggage that was lost during our original flights. The driver is a professional. I had a trip from Milan to Ischgl, I wanted to rent a car, but I looked at the weather forecast and changed my mind. I ordered a Bmw x7 via Blacklux.at .
